Michelle rose might just be the perfect garden rose.
A superb and highly unusual bloom in an almost unique colour of deep dusky pink to plum tone, with large rosette blooms which also have a strong and sweet fragrance.
When the bloom ages gorgeous paler pink tones are added to bloom edges.
Ffoliage is rarely as attractive as the blooms, particularly with blooms like this - however, the leaves are stunning in deep plum red with glossy foliage with incredibly good disease resistance.
Attractive bright right red stems which are often completely thornless.
The rose has performed well in pots on our nursery as well as in the garden with a neat and compact, but strong and upright growth habit.
A lovely gift rose for Michelle.
