Remembrance
A very apt name for the variety, which produces large clusters of poppy shaped, bright red roses through summer and into autumn. As a Standard rose Remembrance has a well rounded but compact tidy head and habit with blooms all over.
Widely used in war cemeteries in France and Belgium on the graves of British soldiers, Remembrance has very good resistance to disease, tolerates prolonged dry spells and is rarely without flower from early summer to early winter.
