They are supplied in a dormant, unrooted or part rooted state with no leaves or shoots on the stems during October & with new buds, leaves or shoots forming when dispatched November to Late Spring. This Floribunda has good fragrance and excellent health, blooms early and repeats long - a superb garden rose all round.
