Robert rose
Robert rose is an incredibly eye-catching floribunda rose with huge clusters of blooms that cover the plant whilst in flower.
With stripes in unusual tones of rusted reds, pinks, terracotta and deep crimsons, occasionally also seen with a white fleck to some petals.
Blooms fade to give the petals a creamier tone creating a spectacular all-over display of colour.
Blooms are semi-double leaving the golden stamens able to be accessed by bees and other pollinators.
Wide habit, best suited for larger borders and wide pots or supports in a confined area.
Good disease-resistant variety with dark green glossy foliage.
Can be trained as a short growing climbing rose if pruned lightly. Can take 3 years to reach its full height.
Another striped floribunda rose which can also be trained as a short climber Love Me Tender
