Rose Types

Thornless & Near Thornless

We are often asked what thornless roses we have - we also have some which are very close to thornless often have thorns on the thick, woody stems at the base whilst new growth is smooth which make them easier to deadhead, prune or use for cutting.

Thornless and near thornless roses are ideal to be planted in areas which are frequently walked past, narrow areas, near patio/seating areas and in gardens where children and pets play.
