Quick to establish height and coverage with large full rosette shaped in a pretty lemon yellow with softer pastel edging in classic David Austin style and shape.
Blooms have a good fragrance with notes of myrrh and tea.
Produces blooms the full height of the plant.
Blooms form singularly and in clusters.
Foliage is matt green with good disease resistance, growth has an upright vigorous and arching habit that makes it suitable for arches, pillars, obelisk, fence or trellis.
The name was for the pilgrims in Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales.
It would blend well with Wollerton Old Hall
