Twice In A Blue Moon rose is a much-improved version of Blue Moon which has greater health and vigour.
This Hybrid Tea variety is rarely out of flower, in its second flush, this rose produces small clusters of spiral shaped silvery lilac blooms on long, upright stems.
This delightful rose has glossy mid-green foliage and is a highly scented hybrid tea rose.
Twice In A Blue Moon is also available as a standard rose which adds height and interest to your garden.
Suitable to be grown in containers or rose beds and borders.
